Terms of Use
These terms summarize the basic rules for using Catalat as a hosted platform for public catalogs and branded showcases.
Service scope
Catalat provides a private admin area to manage catalog websites, blog posts, pages, domains and brand assets. Access depends on an active plan or an explicit master override.
Customer responsibility
Each customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights clearance of the content, media files, listings and public claims published through the platform.
Addresses and subdomains
A customer may use a Catalat short address or a custom domain, not both as the primary address at the same time. A Catalat short name is reserved only while it is being used by the account. When the customer switches to a custom domain, chooses another short name, or deletes the account, the previous name is released and may be used by another customer. If the customer loses access to the custom domain, they may choose a new available Catalat address to keep the public site online.
Plans and limits
Each catalog website operates under plan limits for products, pages, blog posts and other resources. When the current plan limit is reached, the platform may block new creations until the plan changes.
Suspension and removal
Catalat may suspend or remove access in cases of non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal violations or operational misuse of the service.
